Jackson joined Strategic Mortgage Advisors as an intern during his college years and stepped into the Client Success Manager role full-time after earning his degree from Georgia Southern University in 2026.
As the team member responsible for the client journey after closing, Jackson is the steady, behind-the-scenes presence that makes a long-term relationship with SMA actually feel like one. He reviews every Closing Disclosure for accuracy before it reaches the borrower, sets up rate monitoring on every funded loan so clients are the first to know when a refinance opportunity makes sense, and personally manages the calendar of client check-ins, annual mortgage reviews, and follow-up touchpoints that keep SMA close to its clients for life.
